Shipping, Exchanges and Returns

Shipping

We will send your shipment within a maximum period of 3 days once we receive the order confirmation. Once the order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number, which will allow you to check the status of your shipment.

You can choose between the following shipping methods:

 

Orders placed in Spain (Peninsula)

-Certificate Mail: delivery in 3-4 business days: € 4

-Mail Certificate: delivery in 3-4 business days: Free for purchases from € 100
-Courier 48 working hours: € 5
-Courier 24 working hours: € 6

 

Orders placed in Spain (Balearic, Canary, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra)

-Mail Certificate delivery in 3-4 business days: € 

 

International orders

-Mail Certificate delivery in 5-6 business days: € 7
-Certified Mail delivery in 5-6 business days: Free from € 100
-Courier 48-72 working hours: € 14 (EU)

Returns & Exchanges

The return of an item purchased on our online store must be requested by email to hola@etmains.com indicating in the subject EXCHANGE AND RETURN and within a period not exceeding 15 business days after the date of receipt of the product, please explain the reason of return to help us to continue improving.

 

- The product may be returned by any type of shipment method, either through a courier company or by certified mail. We recommend keeping the shipping receipt to check the shipping status at any time.

 

The cost of returning / exchanging the product will be borne by the buyer.

 

- We will not receive packages via freight collection.

- Once it has been verified that the merchandise is in perfect condition and that the payment is confirmed, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item, although the costs corresponding to the initial shipment will not be returned. The shipping costs of the order will only be reimbursed in the case of defective products or products that have been incorrectly shipped by us.

 

- The product must be in the same state in which it was delivered and must retain, as far as possible, its original packaging and labelling.

- The refund of the amount of the item will be made in the payment method that you used for the purchase.

 

Exchanges:

If for any reason and within the established period you want to exchange the product with another, you must indicate by email to hola@etmains.com the item for which you want to exchange, once availability is confirmed, we will proceed with the product swap.
